I've been coming here for the past four and half years and the service I recieve never disappoints. My cleaning went extremely smooth and Wendy continued her AMAZING thorough cleaning and then shared her extensive knowledge on ways I can take to keep my mouth as clean as possible. Dr. Ahlawat is always a pleasure to talk to and he transparent if treatment is needed or not needed and I never feel pressure that he is trying to push treatments onto me which is a breath of fresh air.

I had excruciating pain from a neglected tooth which was scheduled for attention by my regular dentist. Unfortunately on a Friday morning I started feeling pain which was increasing hourly. By the time I got to work it was clear I needed attention today. My regular dentist couldn't see me and I knew I needed to be seen by someone prior to the weekend or I'd probably be in the emergency room. I found AZ Dental and fortunately they were available for an emergency. I can't express how grateful I was and Dr. Ahlawat performed a root canal and fit me for a crown. The entire staff was friendly and professional - what a positive dental experience. I was prescribed medication in the event there was any post op pain or infection but neither was required once the anesthesia wore off. What a blessing. Thank you AZ Dental, you're my new dentist! I would recommend AZ Dental to anyone. They're the best. As a follow up. I had my crown placed a week later and experienced the same friendly, professional service I had on my first visit. The crown was a perfect fit and I was in and out in 30 minutes. Not having dental insurance I was somewhat concerned about the cost. Fortunately they offer a finance program that covered the entire expense with no interest for one full year. I can't say enough about Arizona Dental Heights.

First off, I don’t think I can say enough good things about this dentistry! I called for a dental emergency and Dr. Ahlawat himself called me back and was able to see me the same day. The entire staff were extremely friendly and so helpful! I was so anxious to see the dentist but they reassured and made me feel at ease. My husband and I were new clients today and were thoroughly impressed with how kind, professional, and attentive the staff was at AZ Dental Heights. They were able to fit both of us in at the last minute (within the hour) and were extremely helpful with recommending how to best care for our teeth and solve any issues we had. They even fit me in for a last minute filling!! I am still nervous at the dentist and everyone I encountered did such a great job at being reassuring and making me feel comfortable. Wendy is a lovely person who is very knowledgeable and very kind to talk to, as well as Destiny, the dentist himself, and the front reception as well. They even put our names on a little chalkboard welcome sign at the front welcoming us as new clients! We will definitely go back and are happy to be patients!

Dr Ahlawat and all of the staff at Arizona Dental Heights has been outstanding!! Back in November I had excruciating tooth pain, I called and left messages with 3 other emergency dentists, then seeing Dr Ahlawat is rated one of the top denists in AZ I called Arizona Dental Heights emergency line where Dr Ahlawat answered himself and got me in immediately. After my exam and consulting with the office manager Destiny, who has been wonderful as well, and going over all options and financing I decided to have (all on 4) Dental implants. I had a 5 1/2 hour surgery and 10+ other procedures over the next 8 months. Dr Ahlawat would personally call me to make sure I was doing well after each major procedure. He always made sure I was comfortable and never in pain. He truly is an amazing dentist. My new teeth are beautiful and are like having my original teeth again. Even the hygienist Wendy is the best I've ever had clean my teeth. Dr Ahlawat and ALL of the staff at Arizona Dental Heights are the most professional, caring and informative dental practice I've ever experienced. They have truly made me feel like family.

2019 I just moved to Arizona and finding a dentist I could trust was a bit of a challenge. I saw my dentist in Michigan for 30+ years so this was difficult. I have a lot of restorative work in my mouth which can be a challenge for any dentist. I was in need of 3 crowns, upper front. The teeth people see first so if they aren't perfect it's very visible. I am nothing short of impressed, pleased, ecstatic, everyone at Arizona Dental Heights has worked together as a team to provide me with everything necessary for perfection. Thank you to all of the team! Most welcoming, professional, efficient dental practice ever. 2022 I continue to see my dentist and hygienist at this practice twice per year. I live at north valley and going to dental office that is far from our location, was not an option initially. Oh by the way, when I was a little kid and went to the dentist, he would give a novacain shot from a glass tube with a little cork at both ends. (That was before plastic was invented so that may before your time) He showed me how to make it into a one shot pop gun. Funny how you remember certain things.

Best dentist experience for our family of 5! We all got our Exams and cleaning and the hygienist is fantastic! She is super thorough. The office is so warm and welcoming and had our names on the welcome board when we came in. So cute. Besides that the level of professionalism and friendliness was above any experience we’ve had with any dentist office. I came to Dr. Hatch because of the excellent reviews online and looking for a less expensive place to do my sisters implant. They offered a free consultation that included an x-ray of her mouth to see if she was a candidate for having an implant. Dr. Hatch and the staff were very thorough on the examination. His cost was 1/2 the price of another place we had gone to. We proceeded to have the implant and everything seems to be going well so far. We have to wait for 3 months for healing and then he will make the crown. My sister likes Dr. Hatch and the staff. Though it is a drive for us we will continue to see him as her regular dentist. Plus my sister has physical issue and they have a wheelchair that they provided for us. I am very confident with Dr. Hatch and his staff.

Thought I would expand on previous. Dr. Shay put in my implants a couple years ago. They are great and a wonderful job. I had an accident in December. Noticed soreness end of February. Dental work done today: Dr. Hatch and his team are amazing! Had to get a new crown since I grinded mine down to the metal. I got a temporary for a few weeks while my crown was made. Sonya did a great job with my temporary and made some adjustments until I was 100% comfortable. She's helped us with cleanings before and is always super nice! Didn't have any problems with the temporary thank God. Came in today to get my crown replaced and everything was great! Sonya and Dr. Hatch made sure it was placed properly and got it done super quick. Wendy is a hygentist we've had for cleanings. She's super awesome, very gentle and makes you feel like family. Destiny is the receptionist upfront and she's always super friendly and informative with payment info. Love everyone here, they are definitely the dream team! 😁 Review from before: This is such a great place! Super friendly staff who take care of your needs. Had my first cleaning today, she was gentle and very efficient with time. I felt so bad, I got confused with the times and she ended up working into her lunch hour but didn't complain or try to rush! The office is kinda hidden but it's so much bigger and gorgeous inside...The waiting area is nice and open with a TV and I think I saw some kids toys. They offer water while you wait, I think I literally waited 5 minutes! Lindsay is super nice and bubbly upfront and Tammy was super sweet to help figure out my insurance issues. Can't wait to come back!

I have had a lot of work done over the years and have a had a few crowns that have had to be replaced. With all the new technology it makes a huge difference in my smile. Best Dentist hands down I have been to. Had my wisdom teeth taken out and it was alot better experience then i thought it would be. Dr. Hatch was down to earth and very thorough with his work. Ever since then i go back to Dr. Hatches office to get my teeth cleanings and all other dental needs. Definitely would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Best of the best! Worked with me and my insurance on payment. He was incredibly considerate to my pain levels since I am such a wimp and made it as comfortable for me as humanly possible. Dr. Hatch even called me that night to check on me after my Full Mouth Implant procedure. There are not many Dr's who do that these days. I was very impressed with his staff and my experience there. Not to mention I absolutley LOVE my new smile. You could say I have the best smile in AZ!:) Thanks again Dr. Hatch!!

Staff is amazing! I enjoy going to my visits every six months. Doctor Hatch is wonderful Dentist, along with his Hygentist Jodie and Dental Assistant Chris they are very thorough and the front office staff is very sweet and helpful with any financial questions I have! Arizona Dental Heights is such an inviting place to go to get dental work done. All the staff there is super-friendly, and welcoming, they extremely helpful with working around schedules. They are great with my kiddos making sure they are at ease when going to the dentist, they explain everything they do in a kid friendly manner such as "I'm taking out your sugar bugs" (cavities). Dr. Hatch is professional yet fun with a great personality that again puts me at ease as a patient who has had several bad past dental experiences. During procedures, he is constantly asking if I am okay and I appreciate that! He is honest and only tells you what you need done right away and what you can wait on. He truly cares about the health of your mouth, but he is also conscious of financial situations. The office manager is great at working with insurance and getting as much of the claims paid as possible. I'm glad I found Dr. Hatch, his office, and the incredible staff he has working with him. My entire family goes to Arizona Dental Heights!

I have been going to Dr. Hatch ever since he opened, even though I live in another city. For a while I opted to see a dentist locally, but quickly realized how wonderful Dr. Hatch is and what a fantastic caring staff he has. I switched back Immediately and it's been worth it. You won't find a dentist that offers such careful consideration to your needs and lets you have the final say in any procedure being presented.

I received a marketing tool in the mail from Dr. Hatch's office, which is how I first heard about him. I had been driving all the way to Scottsdale for my dental care, and Dr. Hatch's office is halfway between work and home. I sustained a broken tooth, called and made an appointment (they got me in very quickly). Unfortunately, the tooth could not be saved because of the severity of the fracture. Dr. Hatch and his staff were awesome as he extracted what was left of the tooth on that first visit. Because he was going on vacation, he had me come in a week later, just to be sure everything was going OK (it was). I recommend Dr. Shaylar Hatch to anyone who needs a knowledgeable, caring, compassionate dentist with a friendly, helpful staff! (And the office is absolutely beautiful, too!)

I had to have a couple of teeth extracted, so obviously I was very nervous about it. Dr. Hatch and the rest of the staff at Arizona Dental Heights made the entire experience a relaxing visit. He was also very patient during the procedure, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I will be coming back to AZ Dental Heights for the rest of my dental work, and I would recommend anyone to Dr. Hatch for dental Work.

I've had one too dental procedures. I'm used to the dentist chair. I had a really good dentist in Glendale. ..and then I moved to mesa. Chose this dentist arbitrarily. Holy. Ultimately, the best ever. I mean....they have their own on site lab...quickest crown ever! The staff is really nice, not to mention really good looking. The office is neat and clean. Their procedure as comfortable as ever. A+

I was looking for a dentist in mesa az and was recommended to Dr Shaylar Hatch. This guy was totally cool and turned out to be a pitcher at ASU when he was going to college. Anyway, their office was very nice and clean and their staff were wonderful. I recommend this to my whole family. Ask them to see the new x-ray machine that looks like it's from warner brothers cartoons.....super cool!
